The name says it all! Retro Eclectro is the concept of blending eclectic and retro bits and pieces into wearable art.

When Sarah Mortensen and Roxanne Isaac met as bartenders in 2001, they went searching for something fun to wear to work. They quickly discovered there weren't any cool aprons on the market; all were generic and "made over seas." So out of necessity, they decided to collaborate on a distinct line of aprons.

Roxanne believes in expressing one's unique style, beauty, and vibrancy.
 
"I have always had a passion for color and design of vintage and retro fabrics. Our mission of Retro Eclectro is to create aprons that stand apart from the crowd while putting an emphasis on reusing salvaged retro and vintage fabrics," said Roxanne.

Sarah is able to combine her distinctive style of design and personal fashion with her artistic style.

"Our desire is to offer our aprons to as many people as possible. To me, there is nothing more special than owning something that is one-of-a-kind and handmade," said Sarah.

Roxanne and Sarah love what they are doing. They have fun, laugh, and lose themselves completely in the joy of making aprons that will be loved and appreciated.

All pieces are created one at a time, completely by hand, from vintage, retro, modern, and salvaged fabrics and lace.
